Privacy and personal data protection policy
This policy governs how ENTREFASE S.A.S., a company registered under tax ID (NIT) 900665546-8, which operates the venue Club Fase II and the website clubfasedos.com, collects, stores, uses, circulates and deletes personal data.
It is issued under Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 and the other rules governing the fundamental right of habeas data in Colombia. This English text is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

2. Data we collect
- Contact and booking data: name, phone or WhatsApp number, group size, date and time of the visit, and the plan requested.
- Age verification: ID documents are visually checked at the door to confirm you are of legal age. This check is mandatory and involves no storage — we keep no copy, photograph or digital record of your document.
- Browsing data: technical and statistical information collected through cookies and Google Analytics, described in our cookie policy.
- CCTV footage: common areas are monitored by closed-circuit television for the safety of people and property.
We do not request sensitive data as defined in article 5 of Law 1581 of 2012 (racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, health data, biometric data or data concerning sex life). We also do not knowingly process data of children or adolescents: entry to the venue is restricted to adults 18 and over.
3. Purposes of processing
- Managing, confirming and coordinating table bookings, group plans and private events.
- Contacting you by WhatsApp or phone regarding your booking or enquiry.
- Delivering the service booked and handling requests during your visit.
- Handling enquiries, complaints, claims and suggestions.
- Verifying legal age and operating door access control.
- Protecting the safety of people and property through CCTV in common areas.
- Analysing website use in aggregate, statistical form in order to improve it.
- Complying with legal, accounting and tax obligations and with requests from competent authorities.
- Sending commercial information about events, themed parties and promotions, only where you have given prior, express and informed consent.
4. Consent
Consent is obtained on a prior, express and informed basis. It is deemed given when you voluntarily message us on WhatsApp or call us to request a booking or information, and when you accept this policy by using the site. Consent to receive marketing messages is separate and optional: declining it does not affect your ability to book or to enter the venue.
5. Your rights
Under article 8 of Law 1581 of 2012, you have the right to:
- Access, update and rectify your personal data.
- Request proof of the consent given, except where the law waives that requirement.
- Be informed, upon request, about how your data has been used.
- File a complaint with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) for breaches of the law, once you have first raised the matter with us.
- Withdraw consent and request deletion of your data, where no legal or contractual duty prevents it.
- Access your personal data free of charge.
6. How to exercise your rights

Enquiries
Answered within a maximum of ten (10) business days from receipt. If that is not possible, we will explain why and give a response date no later than five (5) business days after the original deadline.
Claims
A claim must state your identification, a description of the facts, a contact address and any supporting documents. Incomplete claims must be completed within five (5) days of our request; after two (2) months without a reply the claim is deemed withdrawn. The maximum time to resolve a claim is fifteen (15) business days, extendable by a further fifteen (15) business days with prior notice of the reasons.
7. Transfers to third parties
We do not sell or assign personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be processed by service providers acting on our instructions and under confidentiality duties, including Google LLC (web analytics) and Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp, as a messaging channel). These providers may store information on servers located outside Colombia; by using those channels you acknowledge and accept this. Data will also be disclosed where required by a competent judicial or administrative authority.
8. Security and retention
We apply reasonable technical, human and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or fraudulent use. Booking data is retained for as long as the relationship lasts and for the period needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. CCTV recordings are kept for a limited period and automatically overwritten, unless they must be preserved at the request of a competent authority.
9. Effective date
This policy is effective from August 3, 2026. Databases remain active for as long as they are needed for the purposes described. Any material change will be announced on this page before it takes effect; where the change concerns the purpose of processing, fresh consent will be requested.
