House rules and entry policy

Last updated: August 3, 2026

These rules apply to everyone entering Club Fase II, at Cra. 44 #30-27, El Poblado, Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia (behind the Premium Plaza shopping mall). They are issued under Law 1801 of 2016 (Colombian National Code of Security and Coexistence) and other rules applicable to venues open to the public. Entering the venue means accepting them. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Adults 18 and over only

Entry is strictly prohibited to anyone under 18, with no exceptions — being accompanied by an adult does not authorise it. You must present a valid original ID document (national ID, foreigner ID or passport) so we can verify your age.

The check is visual and at the door: we keep no copy or photograph of your document. Entry will be refused to anyone who does not present one, presents someone else's document, or whose identity cannot be confirmed. See our child protection policy.

2. Dress code

Smart-casual attire is recommended. Sports shorts, sandals, flip-flops and caps are not permitted. The venue may adjust the dress code on themed nights, announcing it in advance.

3. Expected conduct

Everyone — guests, performers and staff — deserves respectful treatment. While on the premises, the following is prohibited:

  • Touching performers or staff without their consent. The shows are artistic performances; physical contact is not permitted unless the performer expressly indicates otherwise within what the venue allows.
  • Photographing or filming performers, staff or other guests without their express permission. The venue may restrict camera use in certain areas.
  • Bringing in or consuming illegal psychoactive substances.
  • Carrying weapons of any kind.
  • Bringing in outside food or drink.
  • Offering, requesting or brokering sexual services inside the venue or in its surroundings.
  • Physically or verbally assaulting anyone, or engaging in discriminatory conduct.
  • Damaging furniture, equipment or facilities.

4. Responsible drinking

Under Law 124 of 1994, serving alcohol to minors is prohibited. Staff may refuse to serve alcohol to anyone who is visibly intoxicated and, if necessary, ask them to leave and help them arrange safe transport.

5. Smoke-free environment

Under Law 1335 of 2009, smoking is prohibited in enclosed areas of the venue. The hookah area may be used only in the designated spaces and under the conditions indicated by staff.

6. Bookings, tables and bills

  • A reserved table is held for the grace period stated when the booking was confirmed.
  • You may request an itemised bill of your consumption at any time and review it before paying, under Law 1480 of 2011.
  • Accepted payment methods and any surcharge are disclosed before you consume.

7. CCTV

Common areas are monitored by closed-circuit television for the safety of people and property. Processing of that footage is governed by our privacy policy.

8. Personal belongings

Each guest is responsible for their personal belongings. The venue is not liable for the loss of items not formally handed over for safekeeping.

9. Right of admission

The venue reserves the right of admission and of continued stay, exercised on an objective, reasonable and non-discriminatory basis and grounded solely in these rules. Breaching any of them results in immediate removal, with no refund of consumption and — where the conduct warrants it — a report to the National Police.

Entry will never be refused on grounds of race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, nationality, religion, disability, political opinion or any other protected characteristic.

10. Opening hours

Every day from 9:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.. Hours may change by order of the competent authority or by decision of venue management.

11. Contact

Enquiries and complaints: coordinadordeexperienciasfased@gmail.com or WhatsApp +57 310 380 8366. In force since August 3, 2026.
